2010 Gardening Classes: This year, grow the best vegetable garden you ever had!

All classes are on Tuesdays from 3:30pm to 5pm at Flora Roja (previously North Star Cafe) at 116 Wall Street (close to Hwy 62) in Eureka Springs, except for the last 2 classes which will take place at the farm:

- Tuesday, Jan. 19th: Selecting Seeds and Growing Transplants
- Tuesday, Jan. 26th: Preparing and nourishing your soil

- Tuesday, Feb. 2nd: 4-season gardening techniques
- Tuesday, Feb. 9th: Planning a whole year worth of food (and seeds)
- Tuesday, Feb. 16th: Avoiding diseases and bad insects
- Tuesday, Feb. 23rd: Irrigating without wasting

- Tuesday, Mar. 2nd: Growing great lettuces
- Tuesday, Mar. 9th: Growing great tomatoes
- Tuesday, Mar. 16th: Preparing a perfect bed (hands-on, at farm)
- Tuesday, Mar. 23rd: Caging and trellising (hands-on, at farm)

Those workshops are educational events targeted for gardeners and commercial farmers wanting to expand on their current practices. The fee is $10 per class or $75 for all 10 classes (payable in advance).
